EVENTS NOTICE DUE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK PLEASE READ:

All of our community groups and clubs have now been postponed due to the temporary closure of the castle and visitor centre.

The following events have also been cancelled: Earth Hour and the FODC Wedding Event.

We have now postponed our first two Movies in the Castle: Harry Potter Collection events that were due to take place in April and May.

We will be rescheduling these events to a later date in the year and so those who have already bought tickets, you may keep hold of these and these will be honoured when the new dates are released.

However, we understand that some may not wish to do this and so, should you wish to request a refund, you can do so through Eventbrite by following this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/support/articles/en_US/How_To/can-i-get-a-refund?lg=en_GB

Our refund policy on Eventbrite is that we will review each refund request on an individual basis. If you decide to claim a refund, can you please state that the Covid-19 is the main factor for your request.
