Dundonald Castle Visitor Centre1st - 29th November 2018
Help us to restore the magic of Christmas by supporting children living in poverty. Today in Scotland, 1 in 4 children are living in poverty. Potentially 230,000 children will go without Christmas gifts this year. in 2017-2018 34,972 homeless applications were made. This is the fourth year in a row the figure has increased. A large percentage of applicants is under 25 years old.
We will run a series of sessions putting together donations into the boxes. Please get in touch if you would like to help with that. (You do not have to donate in order to help).
To donate items, please drop in to our visitor centre during the month of November between 10am and 4pm. 7 days a week.
Please see the accompanying poster for suggested items.
You can of course complete your own box and drop into us if you prefer.
